Dr. Tímea Pintér graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2020 as a juris doctor with a cum laude grade.

After graduation, she started working as a junior attorney at the family law department of the Zöld-Horváth-Kölcsényi Law Firm.

With a profound interest in family law that originated during her university years she quickly learned the ins and outs of family law cases. With three years of experience in divorce, custody and maintenance cases she brings a wealth of expertise to the firm, offering valuable assistance to the legal team while also drafting various court petitions, and actively engaging in court proceedings, representing clients in front of the court.

She also helps with cross-border cases due to her English language skills therefore gained expertise in the field of jurisdiction and applicable law over the years. She also has considerable experience in non-contentious civil law proceedings mainly for the implementation of the decision on contact rights.

As a proactive member of the Zöld-Horváth-Kölcsényi Family Law Office, she is committed to ensuring that every client receives conscientious and well-crafted legal representation. She believes that each case is different and unique so she approaches each case with a commitment to delivering an optimal outcome.
